Ground marjoram 250g from Hungary is a dried and ground herb that is widely used in spice blends and Hungarian cooking. Among other things, in the Hungarian dish "Fasirt" and meatloaf.
Marjoram is reminiscent of the Mediterranean spices thyme and oregano. It can be used to advantage in Italian cooking and in our classic Swedish pea soup!
